Shipping

We ship all orders in the UK within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise noted in the shipping details. You can expect to receive your order within 5 working days after dispatch.

To EUROPE Royal Mail standard International delivery starts at £15 in 3-7 working days. Rest of the world Royal Mail standard International delivery starts at £27 , 5-15 working days costs loads at checkout once address is inputed.

In rare cases where we're unable to ship due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we'll reach out within 2 working days of your order to keep you informed.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

If you haven't received your order within 7 working days of placing it, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at rootsandwingshero@gmail.com, and we'll respond promptly to help.

Important delivery notes:

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses, and may need to charge an additional fee to reship.
Each order ships to one location. If you need items sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
You'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.

Refund policy

We have a 24hrs return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at rootsandwingshero@gmail.com Please note that returns will need to be sent to the Address we would send to you in the mail, after you contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Kindly note that customer will bear the shipping on all returns.
